Coordination will be made to complete the delivery and installation procedures after paying all amounts in full to NAFFCO.
A NAFFCO air-conditioning installer may need to visit the site prior to installation to assess whether other arrangements are needed beyond basic installation procedures, such as: additional piping extension, difficulty in accessing the outdoor unit, the need for a crane to access them, etc. .
The basic installation includes a set of 4 meters pipes for wall-mounted split air conditioners with capacity of 18, 24 thousand for some types only and does not include any civil or electrical work.
If additional work is required, the costs will be as follows:
The cost of the additional extension ranges from 60 – 75 Saudi riyals per meter depending on the capacity and type.
The cost of the outdoor unit base is 50 riyals for each base.
The cost of removing the old split unit (s) is 150 SAR per unit.
In the case of an existing extension, the distance between the copper pipes and the ceiling must be 40 cm, and there will be additional costs of 100 riyals in lieu of breaking work.
Drainage work, and any additional arrangements for safe access to install outdoor units will require additional fees as agreed with the AC installer.
The installation of air-conditioning units does not include any painting, plumbing, foundation, extension of electricity or the installation of a trunk.
The air conditioner installation contractor shall not be responsible for the quality and quality of pipes and drainage lines, if they are previously established.
An AC installer will always work according to the NAFFCO or supplier’s installation manual. In the event the customer insists on the installation in contravention of the manual or best practices, NAFFCO will not be held responsible for any deterioration in the efficiency of the unit (s) performance.
It is the responsibility of the customer to choose the appropriate air conditioning capacity for the air conditioner. Therefore, NAFFCO is not responsible for the deterioration in performance due to poor selection of the suitable air conditioning capacity for the space.
All air conditioners installed for basic operation must be tested by the contractor for the installation of air conditioning.
The air conditioner installation contractor will submit a report on the installation after the completion of the works, signed by the customer and the installation officer.
1- Cancel the purchase before installation
To cancel the purchase or part of it, the customer must contact us from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm from Sunday to Thursday (excluding Saudi public holidays). The customer can also cancel the process when the air conditioner installation contractor calls him to schedule the date of delivery and installation. In this case an administration fee of 5% of the total purchase amount will be charged.
2- Canceling the purchase upon delivery
The customer has the right to cancel the purchase process or part of it upon delivery of units to the agreed location, provided that:
The condition of the requested unit (s) is in its original condition
The requested unit (s) is in its original package
All accessories and materials included are included
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that an amount of 100 Saudi riyals is deducted, deducted from the cost of delivery, in addition to 5% as administrative fees from the total purchase amount.
Please note that refunds are expected within 14 business days with the same payment method.
Ensure that an authorized person – 18 years and over – is present at the time of the agreed appointment. In the event of no show, NAFFCO does not leave any materials on the site. The customer is solely responsible for the connection and rescheduling of the delivery and installation.
Return and refund policy after or during installation
Please note that there is no refund if the unit (s) are in the process of being installed or have been installed.
Damaged units take back policy
If the unit (s) were damaged at the time of delivery, we will gladly replace the unit (s) as soon as possible without any additional cost to the customer.
There are two payment methods:

In the event of payment by bank transfer, the payment will be verified within 48 hours, and after that, delivery and installation will take place within 7 working days from the date of receiving the payment
